College Green Apartments

In June 2015, Clarendon Properties underwent an extensive redevelopment of the former Hibernian Bank building in Dublin’s College Green.

Said to be one of a kind, the eight luxury apartments are each unique and contemporary in their design, offering a contrast to the historical building. Featuring grandstand views of College Green in the front facing apartments and views of Suffolk Street with the south city skyline and mountains from the rear facing apartments.  The apartments are all two bedroom, each with bathroom and ensuite, and expand to roughly around 100 sq m.

Located above the College Green H&M store, the apartments are accessed via Andrew Street directly opposite the old tourist office that was formerly located in St Andrew’s Church.

The high attic ceilings allowed for the development of duplex apartments on the upper level, which face on to a communal roof terrace. The living rooms boast picturesque window views of the south side mountains and all apartments are finished to the highest of standards, including extensive use of French oak on the floor and doors.

Following the anticipated success of these apartments, Clarendon Properties hope to replicate the project with other city centre buildings, further adding to Dublin’s cosmopolitan image and lifestyle.
