Clarendon Properties acquired the Nutgrove Retail Centre in June 2015, in a joint venture with U & I, formally known as Development Securities.

The Nutgrove Retail Centre is an established retail destination, well-located in the heart of South Dublin’s Rathfarnham area. The Retail Centre lies close to the Nutgrove Shopping Centre, and the area attracts significant consumer footfall. Rathfarnham offers an established residential community, well serviced with good amenities, public transport and road infrastructure.

The Retail Centre comprises 45,000 sq ft of retail accommodation and includes key tenants such as Home Store & More and Petworld. Nutgrove Retail Centre currently enjoys an occupancy rate of 80.7%. The Retail Centre benefits from approximately 235 car parking spaces and is zoned under the Dun Laoghaire/Rathdown Development Plan as District Town Centre, therefore allowing for a variety of uses.

The area will be extensively developed and proactively managed to unlock its full potential as a major retail destination in this growing area of South Dublin.
